Hey guys sorry to burst in on the 'talks 0_o', ok i've scolded the guy for using the killboard and i have no clue why he did it. (as you may notice he was #1 on the killboard list so he is abit of a killmail *****) .
you will also notice that La Cite des Ombres is still on the killboard and they sopposedly sided with F-E, As said before we will make efforts to have the corp removed as should have been done when we left.

Ok at the time (sunday) CELTS members were free to do as they pleased during the cease fire in which we withdrew from Vale, Members were told that they were not allowed to pirate in the north and Dave took that literally and went down south to do it these acts taking place over 20 jumps from OBE (im in ls-jep atm so i cant check distance).
I cannot justify his actions for him and will speak to a director about possible action/s.
Please remember that that was Sunday and we officially stated that we condemn pirating yesterday, i have talked to him and have have his word that he will not partake in pirating nor has he done such during our current corp stance change towards pirating.
And so i will not apologise on behalf of him but will leave the floor open to him when he comes back online (ill get him to make a statement promising that he will no longer pirate etc).

Please lets keep this calm and friendly and ill try to answer more till a director/ceo comes online.
Edit: seems the impatient ppl flame while im writing posts quit the spamming 0_o lol

Thats the sort of questions i want to see, thx for spotting this ill get right on making sure they have it changed. (getting our forces together yesterday was a very rushed affair and corp descriptions often get missed because ppl dont check their own corp info! we had member of FOE in for a couple of days before i spotted it and whined at mark )

So your story is it was ok for you to pirate 3 days ago, but for us to kill a hostile 2 weeks ago is moraly irrehencable? yawn. you guys cant BS your way out of everything.
You keep on asking the same quesion you will keep on getting the same answer, at the time he thought it was allowed to pirate in the south, this will not happen now, nor has it happened since the corp stance change, we were anti-pirate before and we will be again.
I assume the 'a hostile' you are refering to was a CELTS member can you not understand that we retaliate when attacked? If the corps that Dave attacked wanted to return fire i would not post on the forums complaining about it .

Hang on who is complaining. You were perfectly justified to retailiate when attacked. If I attack any war hostile I expect them to shoot back.
Can you not undestand that we retaliate against corps that work with our enemies in this case FoE.
Yup i can understand, but at the time of your attacks on CELTS members we had left FOE, infact the incodent in question happened right after F-E, GODS etc left FOE themselves, i believe we had very very few ppl in 0.0. (and those in 0.0 were leaving as the corp was going to move on)
We were not working with FOE however we were using their TS while the corp was getting one set up for itself.
EDIT: give me a few mins to look through what has been said in this thread, i have made no claims of 'GODS EBIL PIWATING!!1111' im trying to state the facts as they stand, however im getting tired of this 3 vs 1 thing going on, lol (i post and 3 ppl from the same corp reply)
